SAUSAGE STUFFING 
2 pkgs. herb stuffing cubes
4 (13 oz.) cans chicken broth
2 1/2 c. celery, chopped
1 1/2 c. onions, chopped
2 tbsp. butter
1 lb. sausage
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper

Cook sausage in oven for 1 hour at 375 degrees. Saute onions and celery in butter. In a large bowl, pour cubes and sauteed onions and celery. Cut up sausage into small pieces and add to cubes, celery and onions. Pour in chicken broth 1 can at a time. Mix with hands. Spoon into turkey. Remaining stuffing may be baked in a baking pan for 40 minutes at 350 degrees.
