HAM LOAF 
2 lbs. ground ham
1 lb. lean pork
1 lb. lean beef
2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1 c. milk
2 eggs

SAUCE:

1/2 c. vinegar
1/2 c. water
1 c. brown sugar
2/3 can tomato soup
1 tsp. dry mustard

Mix meats, crumbs, eggs and milk. Form 2 loaves and place in large baking dish. Mix brown sugar and mustard. Make paste of vinegar, water and tomato soup. Add dry mix slowly to paste. Pour sauce over loaves and bake, covered, at 350 degrees for 2 hours. Baste every 30 minutes to thicken sauce, remove lid during last 30 minutes.

Double sauce recipe if extra sauce is desired. Can be frozen and reheated.
