CAULIFLOWER CASSEROLE 
1 large head of Cauliflower or 2 bags of frozen Cauliflower
6 tbsp. butter
4 slices of American cheese
Club type crackers
Salt
Pepper

Cook Cauliflower in water until very tender and then drain. Add 3 Tbsp. of butter and the cheese to the cauliflower, stir until melted. Season with salt and pepper to your taste. Pour into baking dish. Crush about a cups worth of crackers, mix with the remaining butter (melted) and sprinkle on top of cauliflower.

Bake at 350°F until golden brown.
