FRUIT CAKE 
1 lb. red candied cherries
1 lb. yellow candied pineapples
1 lb. golden raisins
2 c. black walnuts
2 qt. chopped pecans
4 c. cake flour
2 sticks butter
2 1/2 c. sugar
6 eggs
1 (2 oz.) bottle brandy extract

Add all together and mix with hands. Pack in tube pan that has been lined with paper. Bake at 250 degrees for 2 1/2 to 2 3/4 hours.
