BLUEBERRY MUFFINS 
1 egg
2 c. Bisquick
1/3 c. sugar
2/3 c. milk
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
3/4 c. fresh or frozen blueberries, thawed & drained

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Grease bottom of 12 medium muffin cups or line with paper cups. Beat egg slightly. Stir in remaining ingredients except blueberries. Fold blueberries into batter. Pour into muffin cups. Bake 15 to 18 minutes at 400 degrees until golden brown. Makes 12 muffins.
