1 head cauliflower (broken or cut in sm. pieces)
2/3 c. or more Colby cheese, cubed
1 box frozen peas
1 1/2 c. Miracle Whip
1/2 pkg. Good Season's Italian Mix

Mix all ingredients except Miracle Whip. Cover vegetables with Miracle Whip. Let set overnight. Mix well and serve.
