1 egg yolk, beaten
3 tbsp. butter
2 c. sifted confectioners' sugar
3 tbsp. orange juice
1 tsp. grated orange rind
Pinch of salt

Combine all the ingredients and beat well. (This frosting is especially good when made in an electric blender.)
