FROZEN RASPBERRY DESSERT 
1 pt. whipping cream
1 1/4 c. powdered sugar
2 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Whip cream and add other ingredients. Put in 9 x 13 inch pan. Add 1 gallon of softened sherbet. Put an inch of whipped cream on top. 2 tsp. butter 2-3 tbsp. cornstarch Add 2 tsp. lemon juice (put through strainer or cheese cloth)

Heat sauce 5 minutes. Pour over servings.
