FROZEN RASPBERRY DESSERT | |
Beat 2 egg whites (room temperature) until foamy. Add: 1 c. sugar 1/4 c. fresh lemon juice Add 2 packages frozen raspberries (sweetened) (still frozen) and beat 12 to 15 minutes with mixer on high speed. (Strawberries can be substituted.) Fold in 1 cup cream, whipped or 1 Cool Whip carton. Freeze. (serve frozen.) Approximately 9 x 13 inch pan. Freeze in Tupperware or tightly covered. Keeps well. |
