BROCCOLI AND RICE CASSEROLE 
1 c. rice cooked (regular or converted)
1/2 c. celery, chopped
2 pkg. broccoli, cooked
1/4- 1/2 c. chopped onion
6 tbsp. butter
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 small jar Cheez Whiz
grated parmesan cheese

Form rice into crust in bottom of large casserole. Sauté onion and celery in butter. Combine this with broccoli, soup and Cheez Whiz. Pour over crust and sprinkle with cheese. (Sprinkle on a little paprika if desired.)

Bake uncovered at 350°F for 20 to 30 minutes until bubbly.
