CHICKEN & RICE CASSEROLE 
6 pieces raw chicken (thighs or breasts preferably)
1 can water
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 1/2 c. uncooked rice
Salt and pepper as desired

Mix water, soups and rice in large bowl. Season with salt and pepper. Pour mixture into buttered casserole dish. Gently place chicken pieces into mixture (leave the top of chicken showing). Cover and bake at 275 degrees for 3 hours. Remove cover to brown top of chicken 1/2 hour before completion time. Serves 6 people.
