QUICK FAJITAS 
2 chicken breasts - boned, skinned, & cut in slices 1/4 inch thick
1 lg. onion - sliced thin
1/2 green pepper - sliced thin
1 c. broccoli - cut in flowerets, with stems peeled & cut in 1 inch lengths
4 or 5 lg. mushrooms, or equivalent, sliced
1 or 2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp. seasoned salt
Black pepper to taste
2 to 3 tsp. chili powder
2 to 3 tbsp. vegetable oil

Heat oil, add chicken with garlic, stirring for 2 to 3 minutes; mix salt, pepper, and chili powder into pan; add vegetables and mix all thoroughly together over medium heat for 7 to 8 minutes. Test chicken for doneness - vegetables should be rather crispy.

Serve with salsa of your choice and heated flour tortillas made with vegetable oil rather than lard.
