CURRY-HONEY CHICKEN 
2 whole chicken breasts
1 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. ground ginger
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 med. sized onion, thinly sliced
2 tbsp. butter
3/4 c. dry white wine
4 tbsp. honey
1 tbsp. curry powder

Rinse chicken; dry each piece well. Combine salt, ginger, and pepper and rub over the chicken. Place onion slices in the bottom of a well greased 9 x 13 inch baking pan. Put chicken on onion, skin side up; dot with butter. pour wine over the top; bake in a 400 degree oven about 40 minutes. During the last 20 minutes, baste several times with a mixture of honey and curry.
