WATERGATE CAKE 
1 box (3 1/2 oz.) instant pistachio pudding
1 box white cake mix
1 c. oil
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 c. 7-Up or ginger ale
3 eggs

Mix all ingredients until well blended. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes, in greased pan.

FROSTING:

1 lg. or 2 sm. pkg. of Cool Whip
1 1/2 c. milk
1 (3 1/2 oz.) box pistachio pudding

Beat until smooth.
