WATERGATE CAKE 
1 pkg. white cake mix
1 pkg. pistachio pudding mix
3/4 c. oil
3 eggs
1 c. club soda or 7-Up
1/2 c. chopped nuts

ICING:

2 env. whipped topping mix
1 1/2 c. cold milk
1 pkg. pistachio pudding mix

Mix all ingredients together, except for nuts, adding them last. Bake in greased and floured 9x13 inch pan or 2 round pans at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.

ICING: Beat topping mix and milk until stiff and add pudding mix. Spread on cooled cake. Sprinkle on nuts and coconut, if desired.
