1 lb. sharp cheddar cheese, grated
1 c. chopped pecans
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, pressed
1/3 tsp. Tabasco sauce
1 c. strawberry preserves
Wheat crackers

Combine first 6 ingredients. Place into mold, chill until set. Unmold onto serving tray. Place preserves in center. Serve with wheat crackers.
