DOUBLE CHEESE BROCCOLI SOUP | |
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli 1 (8 oz.) container soft style cream cheese with chives and onion 1 (5 oz.) jar sharp American cheese spread 1 c. cubed fully cooked ham In a 1 1/2 quart microwave safe casserole, combine broccoli and 1/2 cup water. Microcook, covered on 100 percent power for 6 minutes. Stirring once. Do not drain. Stir in soft style cream cheese and cheese spread. Cook, uncovered on high for 1 1/2 to 2 minutes or until cheese melts, stirring once. Stir in ham and 1/2 cup water. Cook, uncovered on high for 3 or 4 minutes, stirring once. Makes 3 servings. |
