DOUBLE CHEESE BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
1 lg. or 2 sm. bunches broccoli
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. mayonnaise
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Bread crumbs

(If frozen, two 10 ounce packages).

Cook broccoli until tender. Mix together all but bread crumbs; pour into greased casserole dish. Sprinkle bread crumbs over top and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to an hour.
