HERSHEY'S FUDGEY BROWNIES 
3/4 c. cocoa
1/2 tsp. baking soda
2/3 c. vegetable oil
1/2 c. boiling water
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 1/3 c. flour
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt

Stir cocoa and baking soda together. Blend in 1/3 cup oil and add water. Stir until mixture thickens. Stir in sugar and eggs and remaining oil. Stir until smooth. Add flour, vanilla and salt. Blend completely. Pour into lightly greased 13"x9" pan.

Bake at 350°F for 35 to 40 minutes.

This has been my go to brownie recipe for years! It used to be on the Hershey's Cocoa label. I love that it stirs up in about the same amount of time as it takes to make a brownie mix, I don't have to melt chocolate, and I always have the ingredients on hand. The brownies are fudgy, moist and not too sweet. I always add nuts, but that's an option. The recipe makes a huge pan, too.
