Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes.

3 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
3 eggs
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 pt. sour cream

Beat first four ingredients together, until smooth. Blend in well the sour cream. Pour into 2 prepared graham crusts. After cooking, top with any pie filling or fresh fruit.
