EASY BROWN RICE 
1 can Campbell's French onion soup
1 sm. jar sliced mushrooms
3 tbsp. butter
1 can Campbell's beef consomme soup
3 c. Minute Rice

Measure soup and make sure you have at least 3 cups of liquid (you may have to add a little water). Bring soup to boil; add butter and stir until melted; add Minute Rice. Cover and remove from heat.
