RICE PUDDING | |
1 box River Rice 2 lg. cans strained pineapple 1 pt. heavy cream 1 bag miniature marshmallows Boil rice, adding a little salt to water. Drain and add marshmallows, mixing well. After cooled, put in refrigerator overnight. Drain pineapple juice and add rice. Also beat cream well and add to rice; top with cherries, if wanted. |
