FRENCH CHOCOLATE CAKE 
Preparation time - 15 minutes.

Cooking time - 30-35 minutes.

Serves 8.

400 degrees. 8 inch greased pan. 7 oz. semi-sweet chocolate 1/4 c. sugar 3 egg yolks 4 oz. finely chopped nuts 1/2 c. flour 1/2 tsp. instant coffee 3 egg whites

Melt butter in saucepan. Add chocolate pieces. Add beaten egg yolks and sugar. Mix well. Add all other ingredients except egg whites. Whip egg whites until you can hold bowl upside down without it falling. Carefully blend it in. Bake.

Note: It should be creamy in the middle and heavy. Can be served with whip cream.
