CHOCOLATE NUT CAKE (French) 
2 1/2 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. butter
2 c. sugar
5 eggs, beaten
1 c. chopped walnuts
3 heaping tbsp. Hershey's cocoa
1 c. sour milk
2 tsp. vanilla

Sift together flour, salt and baking soda. Repeat 3 times. Set aside. In another bowl gradually cream together butter and sugar. Add eggs and beat well. Then add nuts, cocoa and blend well. Add your flour mixture alternating with milk (beating until smooth and creamy). Add vanilla. Bake in greased pan 13 x 9 inch at 325 degrees for 1 hour.
