STRAWBERRY JELLO SALAD 
1 lg. box strawberry Jello
1 med. can crushed pineapple
1 sm. box frozen strawberries
1 sm. box vanilla instant pudding
1 c. milk
1 1/2 c. Cool Whip
1 c. boiling water

Dissolve Jello in boiling water. Add frozen strawberries. Let strawberries thaw in mixture. Then add pineapple juice and all; mix well. Set in refrigerator until it jells. Then mix instant pudding with milk and add Cool Whip. Mix well and put this on top of the Jello. refrigerate an additional 30 minutes at least; may set overnight. Cut in squares and serve on lettuce leaf. A cherry or strawberry may be put on top for color or decoration.
