SWEET AND SOUR MEATBALLS 
2 lbs. ground beef or turkey
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/3 c. bread crumbs
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 egg, slightly beaten

SAUCE:

1/2 c. grape jelly
2 tbsp. vinegar
1 (12 oz.) bottle chili sauce
1 med. green pepper, 1" pieces
1 med. red pepper, 1" pieces
1 med. yellow pepper, 1" pieces

Heat oven to 375 degrees. In large bowl, combine all meatball ingredients. Shape into 1" balls. Place on ungreased baking pan for 25 minutes or until browned. Then drain.

In a separate pan, combine grape jelly, vinegar and chili sauce over medium heat. Reduce heat, simmer 5 minutes. Add meatballs and peppers and stir to coat meatballs. Cook over medium heat 5 minutes or until meatballs are heated. 34 servings, 2 meatballs each.
