MEATBALLS (SWEET AND SOUR) 
1 lb. ground round
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1 tsp. parsley
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. Worcestershire
1/4 tsp. pepper
12 oz. bottle chili sauce
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 (10 oz.) glass grape jelly
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tbsp. soy sauce

Form first 8 ingredients in walnut-sized meatballs (do not brown). Bring the other ingredients to a boil, stirring constantly. Add meatballs to sauce and bake in covered casserole or Dutch oven 30 minutes at 375 degrees.
