DIMIDY'S SWEET AND SOUR
MEATBALLS
 
1 lb. ground beef
1 egg
2 tbsp. minced onion
1/3 c. dry bread crumbs
1/4 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp. oil
1 can pineapple chunks
1 tbsp. cornstarch dissolved in
2 tbsp. water
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1/3 c. vinegar
1/2 c. diced green pepper

Combine ground beef, egg, onion, bread crumbs, milk, salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce. Form into 1 1/2 inch balls. Brown in oil.

Sauce: Add pineapple chunks and juice to brown sugar, cornstarch/water and other ingredients except green pepper. Bring to boil, cover and reduce heat. Simmer 15 minutes. Add green pepper; cover and simmer 5 more minutes. Serves 4.
