1 1/2 lb. hamburger
1 box UNCLE BEN'S® long grain rice (use herbs also)
1 can chicken soup
2 cans water
1/2 c. green olives
1 sm. can mushrooms
3 tbsp. soy sauce

Brown hamburger. Add to remaining ingredients in casserole. Bake 2 hours at 350 degrees.
