300 grams diced lean pork
4 tbsp. butter
6 cloves garlic, crushed
1/4 c. onions, sliced
1 c. water
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. soy sauce
1/3 c. carrots, peeled and diced
1/3 c. sweet peas
10 quail eggs, cooked and shelled
1 tsp. cornstarch, diluted with 1/4 c. water
50 grams Canton noodles
