FRY RICE 
3 c. rice
1 c. green peas, carrots (from frozen)
1 c. tiny shrimp (from frozen), & already cooked
2 eggs, take all
1/3 c. soy sauce
2 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. chopped onion
1/2 tsp. black pepper
3 tbsp. oil

Chinese sausage or BBQ pork added will bring a better taste.

PREPARATIONS: Cook rice with rice cooker. Boil the peas, carrots for about 5 minutes. Mix together shrimp, peas, carrots, soy sauce and sugar. Beat the eggs (only until yolk and whites are blended).

COOKING: Pour 3 tablespoons oil in a pan and saute the chopped onion until light golden brown (use medium heat). Stir fry rice about 10 minutes in same pan. Mix preparation of shrimp, peas, carrots, soy sauce and sugar with rice. Pour egg in and mix until egg is dried. Ready to serve. Enjoy!
