FUDGE NUT BARS 
1 c. butter
2 c. light brown sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
2 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
3 c. quick oats

FUDGE - NUT FILLING:

1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate bits
2 c. condensed milk
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. chopped nuts
2 tsp. vanilla

Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs and vanilla. Add dry ingredients. Stir in oats. Set aside. In saucepan over medium heat, stir together filling ingredients. Spread 2/3 oatmeal mixture in greased jelly roll pan. Cover with fudge nut filling. Dot top with remaining 1/3 oatmeal mixture. Swirl. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes or until lightly brown. Cool. Cut into bars. Store in air-tight container.
