2 c. flour
2 eggs
1 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1 c. milk

Mix all ingredients together. Have 2 cups hot oil, take a funnel, pour batter in funnel, pour in hot grease, turn one side to another until brown. Remove place on paper towels. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
