FUNNEL CAKES 
3 eggs
2 c. milk
1/4 c. sugar
3 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla

Beat eggs, add sugar and milk. Add dry ingredients and beat smooth. Drop from funnel, using your finger as a stopper. Make circles, spirals and criss cross (your own design). Fry in shortening at 375 degrees. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
