APRICOT NUT BAR 
1/2 c. coarsely chopped nuts (macadamia, hazel or almonds)
1 lb. almond bark
1/3 c. dried apricots, snipped into sm. pieces
2 tbsp. dried apricots, snipped into fine pieces
2 tsp. almond extract

Toast nuts at 350 degrees for 7 to 9 minutes. Cool. Line baking sheet with foil. Melt bark. Add 2 teaspoons extract. Add nuts and larger apricot pieces. Spread on baking sheet and pat down. Sprinkle with fine apricot pieces and pat again. Cool in refrigerator. Break into pieces.
