THE PERFECT BREAKFAST 
2 lg. fresh eggs
1/2 c. uncooked grits
6 slices bacon or slice of fresh ham
8 oz. fresh whole milk
8 oz. fresh squeezed orange juice
At least 3 homemade buttermilk biscuits
Bottle pure cane syrup (or substitute toast and butter)
Salt, pepper and butter to taste

In a large skillet, fry bacon or ham along with eggs. Cook grits according to directions. Add butter. Pour milk and orange juice. Pour generous amounts of syrup into a bowl. Sop biscuits in syrup. Combine eggs and grits.
