CREAM CHEESE CAKE 
8 oz. cream cheese, softened to room temperature
2 1/2 c. granulated sugar
3 c. plain flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
6 eggs, at room temperature
3 sticks butter, softened to room temperature

Mix all the ingredients together in a large bowl until thoroughly blended. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 1/2 hours in a greased tube pan.
