COCOA BROWNIES (LOW CHOLESTEROL) 
4 egg whites
1/2 c. Puritan oil
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/3 c. sugar
1/2 c. cocoa
1 1/4 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Oil 9 x 9 inch pan and set aside. Place egg whites in large bowl. Beat with spoon until slightly frothy. Add oil and vanilla. Mix well. Stir in sugar and cocoa. Mix well. Stir in flour and salt. Pour into pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 22 to 26 minutes. Do not over bake. Cool completely before cutting. Makes 1 1/2 dozen brownies.
