2 eggs
1 lb. sugar
2 cubes (1 c.) butter
12 oz. chocolate chips
1 c. nuts (optional)
And/or mini marshmallows or 1/2 c. each

Mix together eggs and sugar until smooth. Melt butter and chips together and add to sugar mixture. Add nuts or marshmallows. Pour into greased pan and refrigerate until firm. For thicker fudge use 8 or 9 inch square pan.
