FRUITED CARIBBEAN CHOPS 
6 pork loin chops
2 tbsp. flour
1 1/2 tsp. oregano
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. garlic powder

Mix dry ingredients together and coat on pork chops. Then brown pork chops in skillet in 2 tablespoons oil.

Add: to make 1 cup 2 tbsp. brown sugar 2 tbsp. dried minced onion 2 tbsp. tomato paste 1/4 c. raisins; optional

Cover; cook 30 minutes. Add pineapple chunks and cook 15 minutes longer. Check pan occasionally (depends on tight seal). Add water during cooking if needed.

Can use pressure cooker, 12 minutes at 15 pounds. Then drop pressure for 5 minutes.
