SWEET AND SOUR MEAT BALLS 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef or beef and veal
1 egg
1/4 c. matzoh meal or bread crumbs
1 (1 lb.) can tomato sauce
1 (1 lb.) can cranberry sauce

Mix ground meat, egg, and matzoh meal. Form meatballs, approximately 1 inch. Heat tomato sauce and cranberry sauce in large pot on stove. Add meatballs and simmer 45 minutes. Serve over rice or pasta.
