SWEET AND SOUR MEAT BALLS 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1/2 c. milk
1 egg
1 tsp. salt
1 sm. onion

SAUCE:

1 c. ketchup
2 tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. prepared mustard

Mix together and shape into balls. Arrange in shallow baking dish (8 1/2 x 11-inch). Cover with sauce. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
