CHOCOLATE FUDGE UPSIDE DOWN CAKE 
1 tbsp. butter
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. milk
1 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. cocoa

TOPPING:

1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. cocoa

Cream butter and sugar. Add milk and stir. Sift flour and cocoa; add to mixture. Stir well and pour into 9 inch cake plate. Then mix sugars and cocoa for topping. Sprinkle evenly over top. Pour 1 1/4 cups boiling water over top of all. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Let cool in pan. Turn over onto cake plate.
