LIME PICKLES 
7 lbs. cucumber, sliced
2 c. lime
2 gal. cold water

Set 24 hours. Rinse then soak in clear water 3 to 4 hours. Drain.

2 qts. white vinegar
5 lbs. sugar
1 tbsp. salt (canning)
1 tbsp. whole cloves
1 tbsp. mixed pickle spice
1 tbsp. celery seed

Soak cold 12 hours, then bring to boil and simmer 35 minutes and seal in fruit jars.
