C.'S CHOCOLATE CHESS PIE 
2 sq. Baker's chocolate
1/4 lb. butter (butter must be used)
1 1/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tbsp. corn meal
1/4 c. milk

In saucepan, melt butter and 2 squares of chocolate. Remove from heat and add 1 1/4 cup sugar, 2 eggs, 1 tablespoon corn meal and 1/4 cup milk.

Pour into uncooked pie crust. Bake at 350 degrees until set. About 45 minutes.
