REFRIGERATOR ROLLS 
2/3 c. instant milk
4 c. water
1 c. shortening
1 1/3 c. sugar
1 pkg. dry yeast
10-12 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tbsp. salt

Heat 2 cups of water until hot and mix in milk (dry). Pour over shortening and sugar. Stir to dissolve shortening. Add 2 cups cool water, add yeast and 4 to 5 cups of flour to make a soft dough. Let batter rise 2 hours. Sift in baking powder, salt and soda. Add remaining flour to make stiff dough. Knead until smooth. Place in refrigerator. Take out and make into rolls 2 hours before baking time. Dip into buttery flavor oil, let rise 2 hours. Bake in 350 degree oven.

This recipe is good for cinnamon rolls, bread, fried pies and anything else you would want to try.
