BEEF PATTIES PARMESAN | |
Set oven at 400 degrees. Takes 20 minutes. 1 lb. ground beef 1/2 c. Bisquick 1/3 c. tomato juice 1/4 c. chopped green pepper 1 slightly beaten egg (optional) 1 sm. clove garlic, minced Shredded Parmesan cheese and stuffed olives for garnish 1 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. oregano, crushed Dash pepper 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce Combine beef, biscuit mix, juice, and rest of items, including Worcestershire sauce, mix lightly. Shape into 6 patties and place on greased shallow baking pan. Bake in hot oven (400 degrees) for 20 minutes. Remove from oven, sprinkle each with a little Parmesan cheese, garnish with sliced olives if you wish. Serve on a bed of buttered noodles. 4 servings. NOTE: I usually make this recipe double, leftovers can be frozen, (the patties) or heated in the oven the next day. |
