1 chicken (cut for frying) Flour Salt & pepper Fat for frying 1 can mushroom soup Melt fat in skillet. Dredge chicken in flour, salt and pepper. Brown in hot fat. When all pieces are browned, add a can of mushroom soup. Cover and simmer slowly 1 hour or until done. |
