HELEN'S PASTA SALAD 
1 (12 oz.) box pasta noodles, your choice
2 sm. cans tuna in water, drained
1 sm. box frozen peas, thawed
1 green pepper
1 red pepper (optional)
1 sm. onion, chopped (or green onion)
3 carrots, raw, chopped
3 celery stalks, chopped
1 sm. bag radishes (or less), chopped
1 sm. can black olives, sliced

Add 1 tablespoon oil to large pot boiling water. Boil noodles about 8 minutes. Rinse with cold water right away; drain. Add pasta to other ingredients, mix well. Then add the following ingredients, using amounts to your taste.

Mayonnaise Black pepper Parmesan cheese Poppy seed (optional)
