SHARYN'S HAMBURGER GRAVY OVER
RICE
 
2 c. rice
1 lb. hamburger
Milk, flour & water mixture
Onion powder
Garlic powder
Salt & pepper

While rice is cooking; fry hamburger, removing first grease, then brown. Mix milk, flour and water to taste. Push hamburger to side of pan. Mix flour mixture with meat juices. Add flour or milk as needed for consistency. Stir mixture and pour over rice. Let cook, take a break and allow diners to serve themselves. Use onion powder, garlic powder, salt and pepper as desired. Kids will love it.
